Dharma Yoga
Dharma Yoga is a traditional practice put in a modern coat.
Each class follows a sequence that blends flowing Vinyasa movements, inversions and held poses, supporting both strength, flexability and stillness.

The practice helps cultivate concentration, meditation, a sense of bliss and deep relaxation for healing and renewal.

Before moving into the physical postures, we begin with
Pranayama (breathing exercise) to regulate the heartbeat, calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
Once centered, we continue with Asanas (postures) that keep the body healthy, flexible and strong; preparing it for comfortable seated meditation.
We close with Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), a guided relaxation that releases stress, recharges the body and allows the mind to slow down completly.

Dharma Yoga offers a complete journey from movement to stillness, from effort to ease.
Guiding you back to your natural state of balance and peace.
