Sweet Naomi, I want to thank you for the online yoga classes that I've had the pleasure of enjoying for the past three years.
That wonderfully relaxed feeling I experience after every class keeps coming back each time.
From the warm-up with breathing exercises, you guide us through the lessons where we sometimes overcome physical or mental obstacles.
For me, it's a complete workout for body and mind, with a sensation of total relaxation afterwords.
